Your Steps To Traveling With Us:

Procedures for all of our travel programs are essentially the same and they all begin with a contact from you.

  1. Give us a call and discuss with us your particular group's travel wishes, desires and economic needs. We'll in turn send you a customized itinerary with a specific cost from your school for your group size as well as a sample parent letter.
  2. Meet with your students and/or parents and gauge interest in the trips) we have discussed. If there is sufficient interest and commitment, choose your destination and travel dates.
  3. Give us a return call to confirm your trip destination and travel dates. We'll send you a Travel Contract, payment schedule, rooming list form, permission slips and Student Agreements.
  4. We'll keep in touch with each other during the school year. You'll receive a final itinerary (and airline tickets if you're flying) approximately 2 weeks before departure.
